Our business is to broker Real Estate Notes of Debt Instruments such as Mortgages, Deeds of Trust, Seller Financed Loans and Land Contracts, operating in all 50 states.
John Tigue is a former federal Contracting Officer, U.S. Army (Ret.), and is currently the Director of Federal Engagement for Federal Contracting Advisors with a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from University of Maryland Global Campus.
John is a mortgage note broker with networks of note investors who have interest in performing first or second positions & also non-performing first or second positions.
John is originally from Wilmington, Delaware, currently resides in North Carolina, and has a wife, Danielle, and three children – Jackson, Rian, & Au’Launi.
