1. Submit the required information found the on the Free Quote page

2. Once all the note information is submitted, we will send the Referral Fee Agreement via SignNow, through the email provided. Once that document is finalized, both parties have will receive the final copy

3. We will submit the note details to our investors (ALL information provided to the buyer MUST be ACCURATE in order to get a hard quote after the buyer’s due-diligence is completed)

4. Sign the non-disclosure agreement (NDA), sent via SignNow, prior to the official offer being presented (if the price of the verbal offer is acceptable…if not, negotiate or go to the next one)

5. Once the offer is accepted, sign the Purchase Agreement (subject to buyer due-diligence), also sent via SignNow

6. We will provide the buyer’s due-diligence checklist, via email

7. Complete the items on the buyer’s due-diligence checklist; send back to us via email

8. Closing is scheduled (we send the referral fee agreement & JV agreement-if necessary-to the closing agent). 

9. Close, and get paid…
